Profile extrusion is the process of making continuous shapes of plastic (not including sheet and film) by extrusion. The molten polymer is forced through a metal die cut into the linear shape of the desired finished article (channel, tube, etc.).

The extruder models are: SJSZ65 conical twin screw extruder, SJSZ80 conical twin screw extruder, SJ-65 extruder, SJ-75 extruder, SJ-90 extruder, SJ-120 extruder Profile extrusion die: Dies of different shapes can be replaced to produce different products. Cooling and shaping platform: vacuum cooling and shaping, immersion cooling. Tractor: The crawler tractor (with 2 rubber-rubber blocks) is mainly used for the traction of profiles. Cutting machine: Cut the produced profiles to a fixed length and enter the unloading platform The extrusion line is equipped with a fully automatic screw feeder.
